Was a bit perplexed though when I received a message 35 minutes before our scheduled mtg. saying my mtg. needed to be rescheduled. I called corporate and explained this was unacceptable due to my busy schedule AND already waiting all morning. He was at my house an hour later and completed the job. Very annoying to have gotten that msg.
