Duane is the man. He goes above and beyond to help out and make you feel comfortable. He is much more thorough than some of the indie shops I have been to. He takes the time do things like use using gauges to measure play in bushings as compared to indie shops that try to feel it by hand.

BOB BORISSOV pointed out that the "check engine" light was on. I had known that and told him the light came on when the harmonic balancer pulley loosened, which was the reason we needed YourMechanic service. I asked him how the "check engine" light would be turned off and Bob told me I would need to disconnect the battery cable for 30-60 seconds and then reattach the battery cable. My question is this: Why did not Bob, the YourMechanic mechanic, do this while he had the engine compartment open???
