With the exception of running 25 minutes late (for which he apologized twice), my first-time experience with Your Mechanic was great! Jacob had my Pathfinder repaired under the minimum timeframe that was given. He showed me the old part, explained why it quit working. In addition, he showed me the corroded battery connector, and advised me to have it replaced. The cost was almost $200 lower than another estimate I got from the business I usually use. One more benefit of them coming to you is that I was spared the cost of hiring a tow truck to get my vehicle to where I usually get my repairs. Very impressed!
