Jean was on time, and very professional. He got right to work and before i knew it my Audi had new brakes and rotors and i was at work by noon! This guy was outstanding, he actually showed up because I made a claim from the prior mechanic, he listened to my concerns, the prior experience and what I saw the day the problem of my car started,he took his time to go detail by detail,is an audi and tbh I was surprised where the manufacturer has some parts hidden in places I would've never thought, give me a better inspection on the real problem for me to part from there and fix the car, I would definitely reccomend him any time.
