Great experience. After inspecting the car, and upon my asking, Joe provided his personal opinion on the car and what he thought would be a fair price to offer.

Joe, was very knowledgeable and checked thinks out in a meticulous fashion. Made me feel that it was important to take care of his customer.

In a nutshell, joe was fantastic even though a bolt on my alternator gave him hell. He ended returning to my home three times after having to purchase a special kit to remove this crazy bolt that was stripped and did not want to come off. He returned for the third time this morning right at 7:00 am. Hearing my car start around 8:20 am was music to my ears. There’s a warranty on the part. He provided a quick overview of my cars condition with the tires, brakes, fluids. All good. I now say I have a mechanic on call if I ever need one. Thanks Joe!!

This man is a great tech. Arrived right on time, Found the problem (short in wiring) quickly. Have already told my friend's what a great service tech Mr. Hough is. 1000 times better than going to a dealership or outside shop. Called three shops for a quote, all three said I had to leave my truck all day, and each shop cost's @ least $40.00 to $60.00 more. I can's speak for the rest of the tech's @ "Your Mechanic", but if I ever have another issue with my truck, I'll be calling Mr. Hough ASAP.
