Johnathon was great but your company wasn't interested in helping me an insurance claim, exaggerated the repair time and was unable to repair my auto until 12/31. They did however locate the part 12/27. $379 to replace a $40 part. Not sure I'll be a repeat customer. Depends on repairs @ 9am 12/31. I hate Port Richey Ford but not sure that should have been the best course of action. But, again, my thanks to Johnathon.

Needed water pump replaced on 2000 Dodge Ram Van. Showed up early. Had to take a short break due to a brief thunderstorm. Returned promptly to fixing the van. He had everything fixed and back together within 3 hours including the break due to weather. Our van has been running great ever since he fixed it.

showed up early. replaced battery in a car where the battery is in the trunk and basically entire trunk needs to be taken apart. brought a battery but i already a new one here which i forgot to mention. Installed battery perfectly and returned the one he bought to the store saving me a trip. Great guy. will book for breaks soon. Much better than sitting at dealership all day. Saves time and money. Very very nice guy. He showed me everything that he did. Explain battery usage and charging. Explained that I may need a new battery in 3 to 6 months. Also to check the two front tires needs to be replaced. So he was very, very informative.
