Best mechanic ive been around in a good while, told me what what was up, let me watch and learn and when he hit a rough spot was patient with it and figured it out. Made sure everything was working before he left and even gave me a jump at the end to make sure I was able to use my car after it was fixed.

Hired timothy to do all 4 brake pads, he came out with parts, did an inspection, found my pads werent bad after all. So all he charged for was the inspection. Then he gave me a lot of prioritised advice, i will definitely have him back to do the work as i can afford it. Thanks

This was my first time using a mobile mechanic, as I normally do my own work on my vehicles, and I have to say this experience was way better than most I have had with the few auto shops I have had to visit. Joesph talked to me and not at me. Showed up on time and got right to work. As he was working, Joesph answered questions that I had about other issues that I have been dealing with in this vehicle. Some of which helped diagnosis more problems related to why he was here in the first place to. I now have more information to make a better plan of action on those repairs. Jessie arrived on-time. She told me that the parts provided her were incorrect for my car. When Keven "inspected' the car to determine what was wrong with the driver's side window apparently he did not note that this car did NOT have power windows. Jessie, however, took the door panel off something that was NOT done at time of initial inspection) and noted the mechanism which raises and lowers the window did need replacing. She found correct parts 25 miles away, went to another scheduled job and then returned at 7:00 pm with the correct parts and fixed the window. to me this is WAY above normal service by any mechanic.
