Ralph was amazing! He arrived early to the appointment and was quick and efficient at rotating my tires and changing my oil right in front of my door! He also let me know that I have a nail in one of my tires so that I can get that fixed and not end up with a flat tire. Overall, he was very friendly, very helpful, and great at his job. One of the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with! Better than being on time, Andrew was early! I’m not a car savvy guy, so I booked services according to my Google search. Andrew saw that 1 of the 2 services I requested was not necessary, but still gave me the choice of whether I wanted to still do it or not. I liked that he still respected my decision and that he wasn’t pushy. Punctual, great work, not pushy or arrogant and easy to converse and get along with. Robert was professional, informative, fast and kind! He took the time to show us the alternator he replaced (so appreciated!) and also offered to jump our battery for us so we could drive and charge it- dead battery from the bad alternator. He was finished in about an hour and it would have easily taken all day at the shop we normally have our vehicles serviced at. This was our first time using a mobile mechanic and it definitely won’t be our last. We highly recommend Robert!
