I initially made appt for a starter replacement. Jean explained that that wasn't the issue. He could've easily proceeded with the job and explained that I had other issues. He was honest and professional. Whenever I use this company again, I would prefer Jean.

Jean was knowledgable and efficient. Car is running much better now and he had good advice and was patient. On the other hand, Michael who took my phone call for a possible problem was rude and disrespectful and would not let me talk to a supervisor. Very bad phone manners.
