This was my first experience with "Your Mechanic"s representative Chris Allshouse. He exceeded my expectations. Chris arrived on time and and after explaining the process and steps he would take to repair the vehicle, went immediately to work. The job was completed very close to the estimated time. Chris exhibited all those qualities you would expect from a professional mechanic. Those include, but not limited to, a professional attitude, friendly personality, courteous manner, and expert knowledge, The job was finished very close to the estimated time. I also appreciated that Chris call me back later in the day to check to see that the car was running satisfactorily and if I had thoroughly satisfied. By chance the engine light had come on after I had run the car around town for a couple of hours. Chris came by after his last call, ran diagnostics and fixed the problem. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

The engine on my aerostar van was heaving and shaking and refused to stay running. I told Carlos that this was a new problem that in the span of 1 day the car had gone from running fine to this abysmal coughing. I said, "If you have any questions for me I'll be in the house. Ring the bell If you need me." In the time it took me to walk up the steps and open the door Carlos had my car repaired! Awesome job!
Carlos R. was incredible, everything that I have come to expect of the YourMechanic technicians. I was cancelled on 3 times this week by another tech, forced to rent a car and take unexpected costly Uber trips, had to take off 4 hours of work to be there on time for the previous appointments (was cancelled on last minute anyways), damaged integrity/trust with a project team at work and had to push a big deadline back, had a horrible experience (ongoing unfortunately) with communication from a service manager after 6 attempts to just get a chance to talk to someone (not even a call, but I get an email at 11PM with info I already had the night before my 7AM appointment??), and to top it off all of that happening BEFORE SOMEONE EVEN LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE a week later. Needless to say, my service ended up costing me well over 100% of what I willingly paid today for the quality work.. not exactly what they advertise at YourMechanic (professional, convenient, fair priced, timly, hassle free, honest). Carlos R. made a huge impact on me today and likely the only reason I'd even consider coming back, and likely for now he's all I'd even consider going to. Professional, communicative, skilled, quick, and an all around great guy. I sincerely hope that YourMechanic can right some wrongs from this week, but they're doing one thing very right and that's having Carlos R. Thank you sir for giving me a little hope when I can't even get a chance to talk to someone on the phone. You're doing everything right!
This is my second Wrench experience this with Manny as the technician. Immediately he put my mind at ease so I could take care of personal matters while he replaced a water pump and notified my when done. Great service was provided to me.
He was very professional and took care of my problem pretty quickly! He was able to find a problem in less than 30 minutes that a previous mechanic wasn't able to find in 3 hours.
Robert was very competent, friendly and helpful. We had given the wrong diagnosis of why the vehicle was overheating, it was not the thermostat being faulty. Robert showed us it was a faulty water pump and we are now making further appointment dates for this issue to be resolved.
Robert was thorough with the inspection to pinpoint the problem, courteous,knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Took him 2plus hours of thorough inspection but identified the problem. Correct recommendation by him put my F150 back on the road.
Bill is an awesome Mechanic. There were some strange issue going on with my 2014 ford Explorer. Even though he had to make two trips out I would 100% recommend him for your next service. His communication skills are very good as well.
