Chris was great to work with to get our car fixed. I had done some previous work on the car which had initially fixed the problem, but it showed up again 2 years later. He understood the problem, triaged it correctly and resolved it. I would request him to work on future issues again.
Chris was awesome ! Highly recommend , honest and hard worker , will deff use again !!!!!
Jason is a very informed, diligent, and professional mechanic. He is honest and polite on top of it all. I would use his services in a heartbeat again.
Jason was professional, courteous, and prompt! He arrived before the scheduled appointment and went above and beyond to assure all the work was completed correctly! I highly recommend Jason!!
He was on time, courteous and professional. Took his time making sure the job was done right. When the was completed he showed me the parts that came from my vehicle and explained what was wrong and other items that needs to be corrected in the very near future.
Outstanding dignity and honesty. When it comes to mechanics these days, the almighty dollar rules decision making on the part of the mechanic to get all he can get from a unknowing customer but this guy is up and beyond that model. I can't praise him enough and he's a refreshing breath of fresh air and relief from ambiguity when it comes to needed car repairs!!
Raymond replaced my vehicle's thermostat quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Very convenient service to work around my schedule.
We've had Aaron come over twice. The 1st time was to replace the front rotors and brake pads on our son's 2005 Accord. He did a great job and was finished quickly, leaving no mess behind. The 2nd time was because the battery was leaking and I thought it could be the alternator overcharging the battery, causing the water and acid to boil. Aaron had picked-up a new alternator before coming for the visit. He hooked up his OBD-II reader and told me the alternator was working fine and didn't need to be replaced. He told me that even though the battery was in the car for less than a year, it could still be "old" based on manufacture date and how long it sat on the shelf. This can cause the acid to degrade the case and wear out the battery. His advice was to ask for the date the battery was made and get the newest possible. He also checked my truck and took a ride with me to listen for a rattling noise, even though I hadn't booked that service. And he wouldn't let me tip him for his work on the truck. I would definitely book Aaron again.
