I am not the biggest car guy, I know enough to get myself into trouble, I had the battery light come on and the "check charging system" display, this ment it could be either a starter, a battery or an alternator issue. I as 90% it was the alternator, when Jacinto arrived, he walked through all of the less expensive ones first, to confirm the alternator was in fact the culprit, and walked me through how to trouble shoot myself in the future, all told he changed the alternator out in about 45 mins, didn't try to up sell, and the site billed me according to the quote, no surprises. Will definitely use the service again, and will seek out Jacinto if I ever need anything else.

Jacinto was great. Very informative and got straight to the point.

He wasn’t able to fix the car just yet, because the issue we thought we had was actually not issue. Jacintos made sure to show us where our issue stemmed from. He will be back out to fix the problem.
