Extremely knowledgeable and patient.... he even went out of his way to show me the mistakes the previous shop made while installing my motor. I took the van to another shop and they quoted me about $2600 to fix it and Ruy fixed the major issues and pointed out the minor issue... Saving me about 2400. Ruy is the man!
