Not only did he replace the starter, when the job was completed he assisted in troubleshooting and fixing another issue that seemed to happen from disconnecting the battery. Prompt. Service was provided as expected. Great convenience in that Your Mechanic makes house calls. Repairs were completed quickly and accurately. Will definitely use again as one of my cars is driven by my 70+ year old mother who has a hard time making it to the dealership for service. Seeing how Your Mechanic is 20-25% more cost effective than the dealership AND makes house calls this is the way to go. Mike was great even though we had to reschedule the original appointment as the parts supplier did not receive my parts in time for the first appointment. Rescheduling was easy and Mike was on time.
