Torrieanto displayed his experience and knowledge when a simple fix turned into a bit more than expected. (The alternator gave a lil pushback). Torrieanto pushed back further, and was able to use techniques gained from his work on German automobiles to resolve the issue. He was even kind enough to show me the process, and i’ve walked away from this with not only a fixed car, but the knowledge to resolve the issue myself in the future should I feel the want to dive in myself! I initially made appt for a starter replacement. Jean explained that that wasn't the issue. He could've easily proceeded with the job and explained that I had other issues. He was honest and professional. Whenever I use this company again, I would prefer Jean.

Jean was knowledgable and efficient. Car is running much better now and he had good advice and was patient. On the other hand, Michael who took my phone call for a possible problem was rude and disrespectful and would not let me talk to a supervisor. Very bad phone manners.
