Arrived on time, knew exactly what he was doing, replaced the gear shift cable assembly on our 4Runner with the OEM part we had purchased separately from eBay. Mechanic completed repair then test drove the vehicle, vehicle now shifts gears like new. Great job, reasonable price, mechanics down the street told us it would be awhile before they could get to our 4Runner even AFTER we would have had to pay almost a hundred dollars just to have it towed to them because the vehicle was not drive-able with the shifter cable broken. YourMechanic was the right choice at the right time for us. We don't know where all of the unfair negative reviews are coming from on the internet but they do not reflect our sterling experience with this company.

Jonathan was very courteous and friendly. He called prior to arrival to let me know what time he'd be here and he was exactly on time. He got to work right away and was finished in no time. Afterwards he explained what he did and let me know how bad the brake pads had gotten. Glad I booked when I did. I would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone in need of repairs.

Jean is literally amazing to me! Straight up good person who is amazing at what he does (in my opinion even though I know very little about cars). He was early to my appointment and got my work done so fast I couldn’t believe it! My baby runs so well again! I am so happy with jeans service and professionalism. He was also very honest with me, immediately knew what was wrong with my car, and his promptness and quick fix actually made my life easier because on that day I was working from home in the morning but needed to get to my office as quickly as I could and I couldn’t be happier.
