Joe is a very friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. He showed up on time and ready to work. We went over the issues with the car and as I described the problems he was able to quickly identify what needed to be repaired. The repairs were made in a timely matter and Joe took the car for a test drive. When he was finished he explained in detail the work that was completed, handed me the key and he was on his way.
