Chris was amazing! He called ahead to let me know he was running behind, which for me is huge! Communication is the most important thing, and he is great at that! He got to my place and determined the starter was out and then helped me determine the next steps. He came back to finish the job as promised, and he did not leave until it was done. A lot of people would just leave and come back another time, but he asked if he could make sure I had a working car, even if it was 9PM and he got it done! I have never been happier with a mechanic!

Wow! Skilled AND personable! Superb attention to detail. During his vehicle check he discovered my air filter was very dirty- something my usual repair shop didn’t even look for yesterday, but I thought they had!
