Thanks to Ben I will use “Your Mechanic” for my car repairs going forward. Dealer wanted $2000 to replace both axles. All that was needed was to replace the inner cv/joints. No one would do the job. Eduardo is an amazing technician with a very strong skill set and incredible work ethic. He arrived early, worked non-stop for 6 hours and got all my work done and cleaned up. He never asked for anything, worked at a fast pace, had a disciplined process and was always going above and beyond. Eduardo did my timing service (belt, water pump and other pieces) and replaced a bad alternator on my 2012 MDX. I'd strongly recommend him for almost any auto mechanical work you need!

Roberto was extremely thorough and patient to resolve the "alternator" issues. His work was crucial and critical. In this instance there was no "need" for an evaluation charge because of the information provided. Both O'Reilly's system and my multimeter confirmed the alternator supplied was bad and under warranty with O'Reilly. Original "Customer Service" was not service but denial, although the representatives were courteous and patient.
