Very professional and polite

I admit I was skeptical that your mechanic would know how to repair my car. Gerson was really nice and knows what he is doing. He disassembled my door quickly diagnosed the problem with my window and sent me a quote for the parts and labor to repair it.

Gerson repaired my front window that would not roll up and my rear door that would not lock. He also adjusted one of my headlights. The repairs looked really complicated but Gerson knows what he is doing and was able to complete the repairs quickly and got me back in the driver's seat. I also know I saved a ton of money going through YourMechanic because I had already received a quote for the door lock. I only wish I had discovered this service earlier.

Gerson was very polite and friendly and he was extremely knowledgeable. I'm a stay at home mom so the convenience of having someone come to the house rather than dragging two babies to a garage was huge. He not only fixed my problem but he alerted me to a couple other issues I need to be aware in the future. I drive a Volvo XC 90 and he seemed very knowledgeable about this model.
