Joseph was prompt and courteous. He described the services I listed to be serviced and proceeded to repair. During his diagnostic of my vehicle he discovered a few other trouble areas (that I knew about) and offered to give me a quote for those services as well. Because of his experience and the time he took to explain the various scenarios that could happen if the vehicle was driven I asked him for another appointment to repair.

Coolest mechanic I've dealt with ever, whether in or out of an actual storefront. Needed one extra part but he didn't increase the cost of labor, and I was thinking the addition might be necessary prior to his arrival, regardless. Future non critical car maintenance needs will now be routed through you guys, and I'll be asking for Edmar to do the work.
