Fast, friendly and accurate!

Tim showed up 1.5 hours earlier due to a cancellation. He was friendly and professional. Changed the belts and front pads in less than 1.5 hours. He didn't leave any trash or anything else behind, and showed me the old belts and pads. I would definitely use him again.

Timothy was timely, and went to work and completed the job immediately. He answered all my questions. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but he conducted himself like a true gentleman, which made me feel comfortable in his presence. As a senior female, feeling comfortable is key to inviting someone into my personal space. I will be requesting Timothy for future service.

He was here early which helped me but he was willing to wait for a while if I needed him to. He just did a really good job of tracing the problem and then found a frayed place on one of my belts. Now I won’t get stranded with a broken belt. Just waiting for a quote on that. I would be pleased to have Timothy come back to work on my car.

Timothy was professional an knowledgeable. I had bought the part needed before the appointment. It turned out that something about it did not quite fit correctly when Timothy tried to put it in place within the door panel where the window rotor/regulator goes. He and I talked about it, and he came up with a solution that would bypass the the trouble spot. Genius!

Needed parts for another problem and he made sure it was addressed before he left. Awesome customer service. Thank you Timothy.
