You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do for a living, and in this case, that someone was TJ! Very professional in everything he does from his work to the way he interacts. Never once did it seem like he was pulling up just to make a quick dollar, from start to finish he made it feel like he was just a friend helping me out. Tj could have just came, done the job requested, the standard inspection, and go on about his day. Not only did he do an amazing job with replacing my door handle, but he also went above and beyond by teaching me how to check the thickness levels on my brake pads! And any question I had he answered it as honestly as he could. This was my very first time using "your mechanic" and TJ will be the reason why I use this service again and recommend this service to others I know. This company should thank the lucky stars for having a mechanic like TJ on it's team!

Dominic exceeded my expectations. It's obvious he cares about doing the best job he can for his customers and actually investigates and troubleshoots the problems with the vehicle instead of simply replacing parts, as most mechanics do. He was able to run diagnostics and pull a code out of my vehicle's memory that the dealership either couldn't, or was to lazy to attempt. This enabled him to narrow down the exact cause of the issues and initiate a direct fix, instead of going with a guess.
