Zach maintained a professional approach while also keeping in mind my situation. He definitely exceeded my expectations.

There's times when you expect and there's times you're surprised. Zack displayed exceptional customer service, superb execution, and great patience. The key turned and success. In addition, he completed a 3 hr task in advance with precision. Finally, I had lost something important in some grass vines/dirt and he offered to help me find the missing item. Now what mechanic does that? I'll tell you, zack, your best mechanic!

I was so pleased with Zach's knowledge and how smooth he made the repair go. I totally recommend Zach, I will use him again.

This was by far the best customer service experience that I have ever dealt with he was very professional very informative I actually ended up getting the wrong part for my car and he went the extra mile to search for the right part when he couldn't find the right part he had it ordered in and he even opened up his availability for me to work with my schedule and to have my car fixed before I make a road trip to make sure that my car is safe he even took it on a test drive and he gave me very good pointers on what else my car would need he was very very helpful I would refer him to anybody great job Zach your awsome keep up the great work

Zach was awesome. He was punctual and very knowledgeable with cars. He did an amazing job and was efficient. Getting the additional inspection is so helpful because it pointed out any other potential issues. I never once felt Zach was about selling add-ons. He was genuinely interested in doing what needed to be done. I will definitely be requesting him in the future.
