SERVICE

Oil Change

AMOUNT PAID

$121.21
by Debbie from Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

Chris called and let me know he was on his way and even said he could come before the appt time. That worked well for me. He went above and beyond his job, I paid for the oil change and the tire rotation apparently Lexus failed to provide me with a lock for my wheels. Chris searched all the areas where it should have been and there just wasn't one. Thank you Chris for being very kind and helping me. I have already referred you to my family and friends. Thank you again!

AMOUNT PAID

Chris was very professional. He had car problems of his own and called to say he may need to reschedule but he was able to get his car going and still make the appointment. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and honest. I highly recommend him.

SERVICE

Oil Change

AMOUNT PAID

$134.83
by James from Chino Hills, CA 91709

First time using Your Mechanic and it was a great experience. Carlos communicated with me via text before showing up for our appointment. He was on time and very professional when he introduced himself and took care of everything needed on the car service. Carlos identified a couple of potential problems. Those problems primarily related to the power steering pump which I had replaced about six months ago by another mechanic and are still covered by the warranty.

Burning smell from under the hood and I don't know what it is.
Answered by Jay
The smell of something burning could be many different problems from something stuck to the exhaust like a plastic bag to oil or coolant leaks on the engine. The smell comes into the passenger compartment through the air intake vents...
Key does not turn and steering wheel locked.
Answered by Evan
The first thing I would recommend is to try turning the wheel and the key at the same time. Sometimes it is possible for the steering lock to bind the ignition cylinder. Turning the wheel away from the lock can...
Passenger side seat belts getting stuck.
Answered by Jay
Hi, The seat belt system is designed to lock if pulled out too fast or if in a fast stop. Inside the mechanism for the belt there is a ratching mechanism that controls this locking and is not serviceable at...
