Choen came to my house at 6pm during a windy rainy storm to check why my vehicle wouldn't start. It was dark and cold, but he spent close to an hour diagnosing the problem. He was very thorough in eliminating potential reasons and explained what he was doing and how he came to the conclusion that I needed a timing belt replacement. I was supplied an estimate right away by Cheon/Your Mechanic, with no pressure to schedule with them. I am very glad that I tried this service, and they will be the first ones I call next time I have an issue with one of my cars.
