Nicholas was prompt, actually arrived a few minutes early. We discussed the issue with my RV (not starting), the attempts I had made for myself, and then he proceeded to find the problem in a matter of minutes. He explored several methods of confirming his diagnosis, explained what he was doing as he went along, and when he was finished, we were both convinced what the issue was. The fix was pretty major, and not something he would be able to do on site (storage facility). He gave me a couple of options to think about, and looked up a price I should expect to see when shopping for quotes. Thanks, Nicholas!

Booked Jequan to replace both lower control arms which was recommended by another mechanic. After telling Jequan my issues and him test driving the car, I found out the issue was that I needed my CV Axles replaced. He also was helpful in finding where my coolant leak was coming from.
