Blake arrived at my home and professionally installed spark plugs on my Chevy Impala 3.4L V6. He even came back the following day to install the correct type of spark plug wires (I had given him to wrong ones to install, sorry!), which I really appreciated. He gave my car a once over, diagnosed other items needing maintenance, and provided me with very reasonable quotes for their repair, all without being pushy. Overall, fantastic mechanic, hope to have him work on my other cars!

Isaac is such a nice personable young man.. he really tried to diagnose the problem with my car but wasn’t 100% sure as to why my engine wouldn’t turn over. He noted that it was probably an internal problem within the motor itself that he couldn’t get to. The motor would have to be dismantled in order to access the damaged areas. I appreciated his genuine efforts.

Changed my oil quickly, but did not reset the oil life indicator, left my keys in the middle of the street, and had a very weird and off putting demeanor. Was also an hour late due to "parts problems" and didn't mention it or apologize for the wait when he arrived
