Jerel was excellent! He arrived early, worked around my work schedule, fixed a problem without even needing a new part, and recommended some other fixes in the right way (explaining how necessary it was and why it's happening). Overall he was quick and professional.

I've selected wrong engine when requesting the service. Jerel had to go back to the shop to get a different set of parts - all at no cost for me despite the fact it was my mistake! Jerel arrived on time and was professional and courteous. Great service overall!

Jerel fixed a problem that the local shop said it did not have the computer to read the old codes on my old 1994 truck. There is a work-around and he knew about it and diagnosed my problem. And he showed me pictures of the broken part. I will use Your Mechanic again for sure!
