Chris contacted me at our appointment time to let me know he was getting the parts & was on his way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He answered all my questions and showed me the old part that was replaced. I would absolutely recommend him & plan to utilize his services again! On a separate note, customer service had added on an additional anticipated part, which Chris told me was not needed in this circumstance & he was returning. (All parts that may be required are brought to the job.) When I inquired about the charge he went above & beyond the normal process by contacting his team lead to immediately process this refund so I wouldn’t have to wait until after the weekend/Monday. His refund request was followed up on by Jennifer in corporate within 20 minutes who was kind and efficient in rectifying this. Again, I recommend Chris for his knowledge, efficiency & customer service. I needed a local (non-chain) mechanic & I have found one.

This is a perfect scenario. A top-notch mechanic who can come to your home perform the work explain what he has done and he is so relaxed and confident that you just immediately feel comfortable. Prompt. Service was provided as expected. Great convenience in that Your Mechanic makes house calls. Repairs were completed quickly and accurately. Will definitely use again as one of my cars is driven by my 70+ year old mother who has a hard time making it to the dealership for service. Seeing how Your Mechanic is 20-25% more cost effective than the dealership AND makes house calls this is the way to go. Mike was great even though we had to reschedule the original appointment as the parts supplier did not receive my parts in time for the first appointment. Rescheduling was easy and Mike was on time.

DON'T LEAVE THE MECHANIC ALONE! NO MATTER WHICH MECHANIC YOU'RE ASSIGNED. This is a tough one because I am sure that Travis is a great mechanic, but it's the practices of the organization that I have a problem with. I specifically requested brake pads to be done. I knew that my rotors could be turned and would not need to be totally changed out until the next time my brakes needed changing. Travis arrived on time and according to my husband he was very courteous. My husband walked away and Travis proceeded to do the work. When the work was done it turns out that Travis changed my rotors and my breaks and he never reached out to me (or my husband) to state that he would be changing the rotors. It would seem to me that although my job stated pads only, he brought rotors with him and had every intention of putting rotors on causing my bill to be $90 more than I expected. I reached out the to company and it would appear that they have a very stern position on battling with the customer when they know that they're wrong. It took 3 phones calls and me standing my ground for them to offer at least 50% of the increased amount back, and instead of them taking it from their pocket they took it from Travis, and on top of it, my brakes still had/has a squealing sound when I stop. I would imagine that this should go away with new pads and rotors. If you decide to use this company DO NOT leave the mechanic alone. I recommend that you stand there and watch them. I'm very disappointed with the company.
