Chris was on time, very polite and personable, checked a number of items, and seemed to know his stuff. He stated that he was a certified Toyota mechanic and had been working as a mechanic for a number of years which was great because my car is an Avalon. He tried to explain everything to me as he worked which was nice of him but I'm an elderly woman so not much stuck in my brain! Ha! He finally decided it wasn't a starter problem like I'd thought (from previous experience), it was a bad battery even though it was only 3 months old. He told me to take it back to the Toyota place where I'd purchased it and have them swap it out for a new one at no charge. He was very cost conscience which I GREATLY appreciated! When he finished he asked me to get in and be sure the car would crank because he didn't want to leave and me be stranded again. VERY thoughtful! I went back to the local Toyota dealership and they came to a different conclusion which would cost me almost a thousand dollars! Yikes! I know anyone can make a mistake but I've never really trusted dealerships so I said I'd go back and see what Chris would say. Unfortunately I called back Wrench Mobile Mechanics and could never get anyone there to answer the phone for three hours after they had requested I call them back! I finally sent a text but still haven't heard back from the office. I'll try again tomorrow. I've read some bad reviews about the company and this may end up being another one, definitely NOT due to the mechanic, but because of the office!

Chris came early, got right to work, and was very professional. Thank you Chris, because of you I was able to get my daughter to graduation practice as she graduates from high school this Saturday.

Great guy and an amazing mechanic

He showed up on time, got right to work. when he was doing our quote, there was a part short it wasnt showing up on this software, then he went to my neighbors house and proceeded to help him with a flat tire. I feel like i paid MY money for him to come and look at it, and he should have stayed on task with us

Great guy had a spark plug replacement and he did it one of the parts weren’t working he came back tested everything out, we went to O’Rileys auto parts got a new spark plug fixed it right up tested it aging one more time and everything ran new and smooth
