First time using your mechanic. I was skeptical at first due to I'm used to going to the shops but it's convenient when you're always working and don't have that time. A mechanic comes to you and you're one on one instead of siting in the waiting room trying to figure out what they're doing to your car. I'm a woman and trust me, it's not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic that'll show you exactly what's wrong with your car and explain why things are happening to it and doesn't treat you like you don't know anything because you're a woman. Robert was very competent, friendly and helpful. We had given the wrong diagnosis of why the vehicle was overheating, it was not the thermostat being faulty. Robert showed us it was a faulty water pump and we are now making further appointment dates for this issue to be resolved.

Good mechanic but should be more thorough esp. with measuring the brake pads; the car had unexpected down time less than 5000 miles later due to front brake pads wore out.
