Peter called ahead to say he would be coming earlier than planned due to a cancellation, which meant my car was fixed faster than expected. It also turned out that he is a fellow Brit (so we could chat about the homeland) and he has a very impressive history of experience as a mechanic. I booked an inspection and a battery replacement so I could make sure it was the battery that had caused my car to die. Peter did a very detailed inspection and confirmed that the battery did need replacing and it was all done within the allotted time. The work was also added to my car's Carfax report. I am not only delighted with the work that Peter did, I am also very impressed by yourmechanic.com, both online and on the customer service line. I will definitely use them again.

Peter was very helpful as usual. He did the full inspection to determine why the battery on my car had failed again, despite being replaced only 2 months ago. He replaced the battery under warranty and gave me some very helpful information and advice about keeping the battery charged.
