James arrived early, after calling to make sure I could accept an early arrival. In spite of the difficulty in accessing the parts that were affected, he completed the job in a very timely manner, and made sure everything was properly taken care of, including properly torquing the lug nuts which had been over torqued by a previous service at a national chain. Very informative and communicative, talked cars and also informed me about some other issues the car would have and future maintenance I might be in need of.

I loved the experience with your mechanic (David). He was out to provide me with a diagnostic of leaking coolant. The tech was easy to talk to and very polite and professional. I had a lot of questions and he was nice enough to answer them and advise me of things to do to insure that all would properly work correctly and also sent me a breakdown/quote with what I needed in order to move to the next step. He did the job and he did it well. The weather was bad too so he ended up replacing the CV Axles in the rain. I drove the car about 117 miles the same day and it's running the way I expected it to. He's also a nice guy that does honest work. I give him 5 stars.
