He went all out to work the issues. Even though it felt like 100 degrees outside. Also very nice and polte.

My AC was not working on 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Courtney looked over AC system and quickly determined my car had no refrigerant indicating a leak somewhere. He recommended we put leak-stop refrigerant in and see if that takes care of it. Courtney willingly waited and further looked over my vehicle while I ran to Auto Zone to get refrigerant. When I returned, he pointed out I was low on oil and definitely should put some in. He then put in the leak-stop refrigerant and an extra small canister or regular refrigerant. AC worked great then and , more importantly, is still blowing ice cold air 1 week later. I would definitely recommend Courtney for your maintenance needs. The only reason I did not rate him 5 stars was that he showed up about 10 minutes later than my appointment window.

He did the job and he did it well. The weather was bad too so he ended up replacing the CV Axles in the rain. I drove the car about 117 miles the same day and it's running the way I expected it to. He's also a nice guy that does honest work. I give him 5 stars.

It was my first time using this service and I was pretty apprehensive at first. Courtney was very polite and respectful. I was also very nervous about giving my keys to a complete stranger while I was working and he COMPLETELY understood and accommodated the request I had to make me feel more comfortable. Courtney took his time explaining the service he recommended and what I should do in the meantime. Gave 4 stars because I would have liked more detail on the spark plugs that were replaced but overall, a great mechanic that I will recommend.
