I am a fully trained and certified senior master technician by Ford motor company. I started my automotive career when I was 17 and was going to the local technical school. I attended Morrisville State College located in Upstate NY for automotive technology while also enrolled in the Ford ASSET program. I have my Associates's degree in Applied Science as well as all of my certifications and held my Virginia State Inspectors license for three years before moving. I apprenticed under a senior master technician for two years. After my apprenticeship, I worked as a line technician and back up transmission for two years before moving down to Orlando, Florida. Worked at several more Orlando Ford dealerships being the main transmission technician at one and general line technician at the other. I had an opportunity to try out working for Jaguar. I switched brands from Ford and am now currently working on Jaguars and Landrover. I am a very well rounded in all areas of automotive and as well as most makes and models. A lot of my free time revolves around cars; I work on modding my car as well as friends' cars. Cars are my passion and I take pride in my work. I enjoy the face to face customer interaction that being a mobile technician gives. I strive for honest quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Mark is not a Mercedes mechanic. He has a good diagnostic analyzer. He knows his American cars. I would not recommend him for European cars.
