Paul was very professional, arrived on time, noticed that a better battery was available for our car (which also saved us money) and he quickly went and picked up new battery and had it installed in a flash (everything complete in roughly 45 minutes, including picking up the new battery). Paul gave us a lot of confidence we had the right person working on our car and he was very nice and explained all that he was doing. Highly recommend - hope to have Paul again on my next job!

Jerel showed up on time (actually a little before) and performed the work on our car. It was a great experience to not have to take it to the shop and wait. I was waiting in the comfort of my home and getting other chores done while the car was being fixed. I liked having the fixed cost quote as well. Andrew arrived promptly and once he was clear on the symptoms he went right to work in a methodical and systematic manner. He had the tools needed and performed some research with some software he had access to and had the problem resolved in less than an hour. He kept me abreast of his progress the entire time and was very safety conscious and protective of the cleanliness and condition of my property.
