Communicated with me via phone leading up the appointment, arrived on time, listened attentively to all my issues and resolved one with a promise to get a quote on another. He is a great communicator and walked me through each step of the process. Stellar service! My mechanic (Joseph Wharton) was right on time, and he was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my car's problem and fix it. The convenience is great, and the price is very fair.

I didn't give him a full perfect rating only because the problem with my vehicle was beyond his abilities but was very upfront , professional , informational , polite man.

Joseph, in short, did a terrific job. I was looking at buying a car out of state and needed someone I can trust to do a pre-purchase inspection. We talked on the phone before the inspection about what in particular I was looking to learn, and then also during and after the inspection. In short, this was way more availability than I expected for a contractor I found through a website I'd never used before. He did a very diligent job taking pictures, listening to the car, and developing a relationship with the owner. I would absolutely recommend using him for a pre-purchase inspection again.

Joseph was friendly, professional and took care of my car in short order. He arrived about an hour earlier than our scheduled time, but I was more than o.k with that as it got me out of the house and on to my day running errands. He also showed me that my tires were in need of changing and that I should get a front end alignment before putting new tires on. All in all, I was very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Joseph and YourMechanic.com.
