I was pleased with my first experience with Your Mechanic. Trung in particular provided a very high level of service. He was on time, communicated well, diagnosed the problem, gave me detailed instructions on the 12 volt battery I needed for my Prius, and followed me home to make sure I got there ok. This was above and beyond, and I am very grateful.

Trung wasn't just on time, he was early. Even though I'd scheduled a (12v) battery replacement he tested the battery first. Then after agreeing if was bad, he quickly replaced it. After that he gave my engine a quick look to see if there were any other problems, and gave me a reasonable quote for a minor issue - with no pressure or sales pitch.

Tom is very professional, very honest, went out of his way to take care of business by making things right for the customer (from what was communicated to the customer from prior conversations with the office), make sure everything is to customer satisfaction.
