Theodor has done a great job restoring my car that was seriously damaged due to the recent bad weather in Pacific Northwest. He firstly evaluated the damage and explained the possible replacement parts clearly. In his appointment, he arrived promptly and spent hours on the wheel. Finally the new parts were put in, and my car is back to normal now. The test drive was good, and I couldn’t find any difference between now and before the damage. This is the 2nd time I had Theodore come out. The first was for a alternator and the second was based off his recommendations. He came to my work, showed up on time and did what was needed. Save a few extra dollars on the quote because some of the work didn't need to be done, which was great. Would definitely use him again and recommend to friends/family.

I had a great experience with Noe! He arrived on time for my appointment, unfortunately I I had purchased the wrong part for my car, he promptly helped me find where to get the correct part and said he would come back whenever worked best for me...a couple days later after i had purchased the right part, I text him and he made himself available the same day to install it! My car runs great and he gave me great advice on other maintenance that I should have done I the near future. All in all a great experience!

Noe arrived early (much appreciated) and completed the removal of the old car battery and installation of the new one in less than an hour. In addition he performed an overall vehicle check in case there might be any other problems. He advised the front disc brakes were showing signs of wear and would probably require some attention in the not too distant future. My Honda is now performing normally once again. Efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Kyle maintained professionality the entire appointment, from checking-in after his previous appointment to when he finished up with my vehicle. He arrived earlier than the appointed time and gave an advanced heads-up, which was great. When he began working on my vehicle, it was apparent that he knew what he was doing, and finished up far faster than a trip to an autobody shop. He also gave an assessment of the vehicle, and informed me of what should be fixed or replaced in a quick but detailed manner. Lastly, by the time he finished, it was time for the original appointment time, so it was great that we completed the appointment far in advance than what was expected. Overall, I'd recommend Kyle to anyone with car issues for his generous behavior, professionalism, and experience.
