Andrew was a pleasure to work with. We started with a discussion reviewing some information provided to me by the ford dealership. He helped highlight which recommended fixes were important, and which ones the ford dealership were stretching the need for. We agreed to drop one of the services which he deemed not necessary, and he gave me pointers to understand what I should keep an eye on to check if the "problem" were to develop further. This saved me a few hundred dollars and gave me peace of mind that there is no big problems with the car. He helped clarify some concerns I had regarding the feeling of the brake pedal not matching other cars that I had driven. He gave a brief technical description of why my model of car will always have a slight mushy feeling brake pedal, and he checked the feeling himself and said it matches with his experience of this make and model. I am now confident that the brakes on the car are trustworthy. His manner is personable and easy going, he made me confident that his goal was to leave me satisfied and confident in his work.
