Rich did a fantastic job! He worked efficiently and went above and beyond what was required to ensure complete satisfaction!

Rich is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. The only reason he didn't get a higher rating is that his appointment prior to mine ran late (which is understandable), but he didn't call me until 50 minutes after he was scheduled to arrive- then arrived 10 minutes after that. Also- he was able to diagnose the problem, and told me to make a second appointment- but it's not clear to me the second mechanic will know what part to bring because I didn't get a follow up email from the company.

Car wouldn’t start and Rich was very helpful explaining the potential issues and diagnosing the root problem. He was kind and friendly, and I’ll definitely schedule him for any future mobile mechanic needs.

Rich was great! Super friendly, helped with a couple other quick things without even having to think twice and was able to figure out what was wrong quickly. He even hung out a little and we just talked for a while after he had finished. I will definitely be using him again in the future if needed.

I was very impressed with rich. He was very knowledgeable about my honda civic and answered several questions i asked him. He was also very personable, easy to get along and understand which these days is a rarity at least to me. I've recently have found it challenging to find a mechanic who's as knowledgeable as rich and who's not just out to make a buck. I'd gladly recommend him to anyone who"s looking for mechanic who has vast knowledge and integrity too.
