I found Cesar to be professional and knowledgeable. He lets you know he wants to build a solid working relationship by making the customer happy with the completed job. I would hire him again. I would not say the same for the the company he works from. I found them not forthcoming with pricing and explanations. ASK lots of questions before booking. Services other companies offer free, they charge over and above.

Fernando was very clean and presentable. He was very professional and I really respected that he followed covid rules and masked up. He explained everything that needed to be done and once he was convinced I clearly understood the work he got right to work and stayed on it until it was done. He did not drag out the time. Wayne was great! To my delight he showed up 30 minutes. I was eating breakfast when he arrived, so he told me to finish eating while he ran through and did his 50 point inspection. By the time I was done he quickly diagnosed the problem, gave some other suggested upcoming services (common services: brake fluid flush and oil change), was super friendly, and I was on my way!
