I was a bit skeptical about using an online mechanic at first. Matthew put me at ease with his knowledge and actually found the problem was with the battery. I had the battery checked earlier but was told it was fine. Matthew proved them wrong! Most definitely will call on Matthew with any further car issues. Thanks Matthew!

My experience with Matthew was nothing short of excellent. He was on time, knowledgeable and up front with me regarding my vehicles issue. He fixed the problem at the price that was quoted to me. He followed up to make sure the car was running alright after his appointment. I think every mechanic should take a page out of Matthews book and follow how he does business.

As I first met Matthew on introduction I got the sense that he was going to be as fussy as I when it comes down to cars ,and my thoughts were rite. He is an asset that you should not loose. Matthew was very respectful, extremely thorough and meticulous while working on my car.

Mathew went above and beyond to get my car fixed. First he showed and your mechanic skipped a part & hence he rescheduled and apologized. Then he came back and they set him up with a wrong part. This time he decided to sort this out himself and went through 3 stores to find my part and get it done that day. Great professionalism.
