My specialty is primarily Toyotas and Mitsubishis but have worked on all makes performing a wide variety of repairs from oil changes to rebuilding engines and replacing transmissions. Jim was great! When I described what my car did he suspected fuel pump right away. After a couple quick checks under the hood he was sure it was the fuel pump. He was able to get the part right away and replaced it right in front of my house in less than perfect conditions and in the time he quoted. Great job!!!

Jim reviewed another mechanic's assessment/estimate for service the previous day (which was vague, and not clear and charging way more than customer expected). Jim offered 2nd opinion, fully tested all components and completed a very thorough multi-point inspection, advising the customer of what was being done all along the way, and determined customer was being charged $800.00 more than necessary & replaced part on only repair needed. Customer appreciates the integrity & thoroughness (that was not shown by his co-worker that was new impression of Wrench/your mechanic). Jim redeemed my impression of this company. If I can have Jim do the work each time, I may use Wrench/your mechanic again.
