Charles called to ask if he could arrive earlier than appointment due to finishing last job. GREAT, he arrived at new time, verified paperwork, checked car, asked if I had any questions and started work. I checked with him about every 20 minutes, very friendly, gave status reports and completed the job in the time predicted. He did not see any oil leaks, checked all fluids, test ran engine alternator repair and serpentine belt replacement. ALL A-OK. Thanks,

Charles was on time, and very patient when there a snafu with working in my apartment building parking garage - he got right to work, showed me the parts he took off my car, and did all four requested repairs in 2 1/2 hours (replace brake pads and rotors, replace windshield wipers, replace headlight bulb, change the oil). It was awesome.
