Gary was outstanding!! I took my car to a well known service company and having them diagnose my auto problem, I was unhappy with their price quote. I called YourMechanic and made an appointment with Gary. When Gary arrived he very quickly diagnosed the problem which was quite different from the service company's diagnosis. I had to return some parts and per Gary got the correct parts and Gary repaired my car and also advised me to replace some other parts as preventitive maintenance. All in all Gary saved me a lot of money and did an excellent job.

Gary is a low key introverted guy who doesn't initially inspire confidence. But don't let that fool you. He knows what he's doing and is a competent mechanic. I had a leak of water from under the dash on the passanger side onto the floor creating a watery mess. He diagnosed my plugged a/c drain tube, cleared the obstruction and showed me how to do it myself if it should ever recur. I liked him and would be happy to employ him again.

Great guy and arrived on time...after explaining the issue to Robert he jumped in to start testing and in a minute he had my car started. He also took the time to tape up all the wires and explained to me what he had done. Good job!!!
