He arrived 10 minutes early for a 7:00 AM appointment, had excellent diagnostic skills, made suggestions regarding logistics that proved to be on point, was thorough and careful in his work, and made sure I understood everything along the way. In the time it took me to complete a single work phone call, Robert had replaced my rotors and all four discs, test driven the car, and completed a 50 point inspection. This is the guy you want wrenching on your mom car!
