Emmette was truly outstanding. Due to particular complications I was having with another mechanic, my car was in worse condition than before that mechanic attempted to service my vehicle.. When I called and complained they had scheduled Emmette to come out the next day. However, Emmette interrupted his dinner with his family, found the parts I needed where the other mechanic failed, purchased them out of pocket to satisfy the customer needs, and repaired my vehicle in a timely and spectacular manner. Truly Emmette deserves recognition for his work, I couldn't have been happier with Emmette. I hope my original mechanic was an abnormality to be addressed. Emmette has set a new standard for me for his work on my vehicle and is representative of the experience I had hoped for and more with YourMechanic.
