Friendly and professional, Bereketeab arrived early and wasted no time getting started on my BMW 550i. Bereketeab did not break until he finished installing my ignition coils. Thank you so much, the car is running very smooth and you made a great first impression.

Raymond was a decent man, that seemed to be a well rounded/knowledgeable mechanic! He had a good personality and was easy to talk to regarding my BMW as well as the world's current events & even politics! Over all he worked diligently while running a diagnostic check on my vehicle; did it in a timely manner, and even showed up an hour early to begin the work request. That was a plus; because the day before was my initial appointment that did NOT happen! I did receive a text however, letting me know that the scheduled mechanic could NOT make it; although only 40 minutes before the original scheduled appointment! I would be an idiot NOT to point out that when the situation is reversed; the consequences for a client to cancel or reschedule are much more strict & even costly! As I rearranged my routine schedule that day & waited for the mechanic to arrive! The fact that Raymond showed up an hour early the following day; tells me that "he gets it!" The gentlemen that I talked to on the phone the day before that rescheduled the new appointment with Raymond, should be credited as well! He could tell that I was stressed from the original appointment failing to happen! He was very patient with me on the phone and professional in making a follow up appointment quickly! Thanks people for making that happen!
